One of our highly skilled team members will meet with you on-site for a risk-free, complimentary consultation to discuss your vision for your garage building project.
Garage Design and Project Plans
Broconstruction will work with you to create the perfect garage design to suit your specific needs and location. No work begins until you are satisfied completely with the building specs and budget for the project.
Obtain Permits
Once we have finalized building specs, Broconstruction will help you obtain all the necessary building permits required by your municipality to begin work.
Worksite Prep
We need to make sure that we have a clean slate on which to begin building your garage masterpiece. If there is a pre-existing structure, Broconstruction will take care of the de-construction and ensure that the ground is properly graded.
Garage Building Process
Once the foundation is complete, we are ready to begin erecting your custom garage. Broconstruction takes care of the entire project from framing, roofing, and electrical all the way through to the installation of siding and fascia.
Interior Finishing
Some clients take their custom garage project one step further with complete interior finishing. Whether you want to use your new garage as a home-office or create an additional guest suite for when your in-laws come to visit, Broconstruction will bring your vision to life.
Completion
Once the garage is constructed, we double check all our work, complete any necessary finishing touches, and begin our thorough site clean-up.
Final Inspection
We want you to be completely happy with your investment in your new garage. When all the work is done, Broconstruction will do a final walk-through and inspection to ensure that everything is exactly how you envisioned it. Our work is not done until you say it is.
